I’m Vincenzo

I am a wedding photographer, although someone could not like this definition, I love what I do. It began in 2000, when I was a 14-years-old little adapted to school life, books, notebooks and 4 kg folder. I have never been a master of communication and every time, the unspoken words were the only ones I could pick well. When these however started being “bulky”, I realized I had to somehow get rid of them, but I had no luck neither with pen nor mouth.
At only 16 I was able to develop my own language and my own vision. There were many years of training, telling events on behalf of a photographic studio and, keeping on cultivating my passion for photography and video, I got the surveyor diploma.
Over the years I attended to professional training workshop led by affirmed Italian and international photographer, improving my technique and increasing my passion more and more.
2011 has been a fundamental year because I started my own studio in Nicosia (Sicily), people enjoyed my stories and the most demanding couples, those tired of posed photos, overly thought and studied, chose the true expressions told in my wedding albums. Photos are still my communication tool; I have only changed “pens” during these years.
People who turn to me are those who want to see the soul portrayed instead of unlikely poses, those who love photography at least as much as I do and who don’t consider the wedding photographer as a necessary figure to show off to guests.
These people are those who do not want to appear what they are not, those people who want their special moments to be portrayed in the easiest and least intrusive way possible, so that every instant can be made unforgettable.
My extensive experience allowed me to provide services all over Italy, until reaching also Germany, the Caribbean and New York; therefore, they gave me the opportunity to measure myself with cults and traditions different from ours.
I try to tell each story in a easy, natural and elegant way, how I feel and live it. I like to think that my story will be a lasting memory in someone’s life. Actually, I love this job because for me it is not a job and, as someone said: “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life”.
